Congratulations to Head Coach Miren Shah on Middlesex 12&U County Cup National Success

HELTC would like to congratulate Head Coach Miren Shah, who captained the Middlesex Boys’ 12&U team to victory in the County Cup National Finals, securing the 12&U National County Cup title at Nottingham Tennis Centre from 25–27 September.

Middlesex competed against county teams from across the country, beating Yorkshire in the final to take the national title.

Miren led the team throughout the 2026 County Cup campaign, with the boys showing great competitiveness, teamwork and support for each other throughout the finals.

“It was a really special weekend for me. The boys worked incredibly hard for each other and it was great to see how they supported one another throughout the competition. To finish the weekend by beating Yorkshire in the final and winning the National title was a fantastic achievement, and I’m really proud of them all.”

Congratulations to Miren and the Middlesex team on a fantastic achievement.
