The HELTC Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, 4 March at 5pm in the Clubhouse.
We hope that as many members as possible will come to social tennis on Sunday afternoon and then stay for the AGM.

A copy of the 2017 AGM minutes are on the Notice Board and they will not be read out at the Meeting.
A copy of the 2017 Club Accounts is posted on the Notice Board 14 days before the AGM and copies will be available at the Meeting.
If anyone wishes to make a proposal they must do so in writing addressed to the Hon Secretary at least 7 days before the AGM and post the proposal on the Notice Board. Proposals may be emailed to this address.
